Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:83

Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aisha, who said: The cushion of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) upon which he would recline was made of tanned leather, and its stuffing was palm fiber.
