Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:94

Waki’ narrated to us, from Ja’far ibn Burqan, from Ziyad ibn Jarrah, from ‘Amr ibn Maymun, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to a man: "Seize five before five: your life before your death, your free time before your preoccupation, your wealth before your poverty, your youth before your old age, and your health before your sickness."
