Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 38:101

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, Hasan ibn Salih narrated to us, he said: I heard Ja’far say: Ali said: "That you judge by what is in the Book of Allah, so you revive what the Quran has revived, and you cause to die what the Quran has caused to die. And do not commit adultery."
