Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 38:16

Abu Usama narrated to us, he said: Isma'il narrated to us, from Qays, he said: 'A'isha said when death approached her: "Bury me with the wives of the Prophet, peace be upon him, for I had introduced an innovation after him."
