Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 38:163

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "People from my nation will certainly recite the Quran, [but] they will pass through Islam just as an arrow passes through the hunted game."
