Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 38:59

Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Dawud bin Abi Hind, from Abu Harb bin al-Aswad, from his father, that when al-Zubayr bin al-Awwam arrived in Basra, he entered the treasury and found it filled with gold and silver. He said: "Allah has promised you abundant spoils that you will acquire, so He has hastened this for you." And: "And others which you have not yet been able to attain, Allah has already encompassed them." Then he said: "This is for us."
