Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from Abdullah, from Rabah, from Ammar, who said: Do not say that the people of Ash-Sham have disbelieved (kafaru), but say: they have acted defiantly (fasaqu) and they have acted unjustly (zalamu).
