Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1003

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, regarding the slave who commits offenses. He said: He is handed over to them, and they divide him among themselves according to the [extent of the] offenses.
