Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1045

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us, from Jarir ibn Hazim, he said: Hammad was asked about a man and a boy who killed a man intentionally. He said: As for the man, he is to be killed. And as for the boy, upon his guardians is a share of the blood money.
