Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Jarir ibn Hazim, he said: I heard Hammad regarding a man who was killed while some of his heirs were minors. He said: The adult heirs may execute [the killer] if they wish, and they should not wait.
