Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1069

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from al-Qasim, from ‘Ubayd ibn ‘Umayr, that a man hosted a person from Hudhayl. A slave girl of theirs went out to gather firewood, and he sought to force himself upon her, so she threw a stone at him and killed him. The matter was raised to ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, and he said: "That is one killed by Allah; no blood money shall ever be paid for him."
