Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Isma’il ibn Umayyah, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed regarding a man who held another man while someone else killed him, that the killer be killed and the holder be imprisoned.
