Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, who said: The *Qasamah* (oath-based blood money) entitles one to the blood money through it, and retaliation (*qisas*) is not carried out by it.
