Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Sa'id narrated to us, he said: Abu Ma'shar narrated to us, from al-Nakha'i, he said: "The Qasamah (oath-based accusation) entitles one to the blood money, and retaliation (qisas) is not carried out by it."
