Hadith 18:1154

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Musa ibn ‘Ali narrated to us, from his father, who said: A blind man came seeking the people during the time of ‘Umar, saying: "O people, I have encountered a reprehensible thing. Can a blind man comprehend the healthy, sighted person? Both of them fell together, and both were broken." Waki’ said: They used to believe that a healthy man was leading a blind man, and they fell into a well. He fell upon him, and he either killed him or injured him, so the blind man was held liable.
