Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1163

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from Khallas, who said: A man threw a stone at a slave woman and killed her, then he sought her inheritance from her brothers. Her brothers said: "You have no inheritance." They took the matter up to Ali, and he excluded him from the inheritance and judged against him for the blood money (diya). He said: "Your share of her is that stone."
