Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:117

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, from 'Abdullah, who said regarding the ear: If it is completely severed, [the compensation is] half of the blood money, [divided into] five parts. Whatever is missing from it, then it is according to that calculation.
