Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1174

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from a sheikh, from Qatadah, from Zayd ibn Thabit, regarding the man who maims a woman: He said: "If he holds one of them [her limbs], then it is a third [of the blood money], and if he does not hold [her], then it is the [full] blood money."
