Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1181

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, he said: Muhammad bin Qais narrated to us, from Abu Husayn: That Uthman looked down upon the people on the Day of the House (ad-Dar) and said: "Do you not know that the blood of a Muslim man is not lawful except for four: a man who killed, so he is killed; or a man who committed adultery after having been chaste; or a man who apostatized after his Islam; or a man who did the deed of the people of Lot."
