Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, from al-Nazzal ibn Sabrah, he said: ‘Umar wrote to the commanders of the armies: "Do not kill a soul without me."
