Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1194

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, he said: He shall pay the blood money (diya), and the others shall pay the blood money.
