Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: The tribulation (fitna) broke out while the companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, were numerous. Their opinion reached a consensus that there is no retaliation (qisas) and no blood money (diya) for what was destroyed based on the interpretation of the Quran, except for property that is found in its specific form.
