Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1251

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Tariq, from al-Sha'bi, that a sheep entered upon a weaver and ruined his yarn, and al-Sha'bi did not hold the owner of the sheep liable for what happened during the day.
