Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1258

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man performs *li'an* (oath of condemnation) with his wife, they are separated, and they shall never be reunited. The child is to be affiliated with the mother’s agnatic kin (*'asaba*); they shall inherit from him, and they shall pay the blood money (*diya*) on his behalf.
