Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:126

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Sulayman ibn Musa said: Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz wrote to the commanders of the armies regarding the nose: If the entire nose is removed, the full blood money (diyah) is due. Whatever is injured of the nose, then it is according to its proportion.
