Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah: That Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan decreed regarding the *damiyah* (a wound that draws blood) one camel, and regarding the *badi'ah* (a wound that cuts through the skin to the flesh) two camels, and he decreed regarding the *mutalahimah* (a deep wound that reaches the flesh) three camels.
