Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1310

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Bilal, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, he said: "Al-istihlal (the crying of a newborn) is the calling out or the sneezing."
