Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, he said: Ibn Hubayra asked him about the *‘aql* (blood money/compensation) being upon the heads of the men or upon the coverings (turbans/garments). He said: "No, rather it is upon the heads of the men."
