Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Yunus, from al-Hasan: Regarding the one who kills after having taken the blood money (diyah), he said: The blood money is taken from him, and he is not killed.
