Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1344

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Zuhayr, from Jabir, regarding a woman who became pregnant from adultery, so she was detained until she delivered what was in her womb, then she was stoned. A man entered upon her and killed her. He said: Amir said, "I do not know anything regarding her, except that the child belongs to the authority; he judges regarding him as he wills." And Hammad narrated to me, from Ibrahim, he said, "No one among the Muslims has more right to him than others." And Hammad said in [manuscript] 2777: "The child is a slave (ghurra)."
