Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:1348

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Jabir, from Amir, who said: Retribution shall be taken for some of them from others, then the prescribed punishments (hudud) shall be established. He means among a people where some of them wound others.
