Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:15

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, from Bashir ibn Yasar, from Sahl ibn Abi Hathma, that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ransomed a man with one hundred camels.
