Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Abd al-Aziz ibn Umar informed me that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz wrote to the commanders of the armies regarding the upper eyelid: "If it is plucked out, then half of the blood money [is due]." And regarding the lower eyelid: "A third of the blood money of the eye [is due]."
