Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:180

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Makhul, from Zayd, he said: If a man is struck and he becomes hunchbacked, or he moans (due to pain), or he becomes hoarse, then for each one of them is the blood money (diyah).
