Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:204

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, from Abdullah, regarding the tongue: If it is completely eradicated, the blood money is [divided into] fifths. Whatever is missing [of it], then it is by calculation.
