Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:228

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If the hand is severed from the joint, its full blood money (diyah) is due for it. If anything is severed from it after that, then a fair assessment (hukumat 'adl) is due for it. And if it is severed from the upper arm, or anything is severed from below the upper arm, he said: Its full blood money is due for it.
