Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:254

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: 'Ata said to me: The [blood money for] teeth in the two central incisors, the two lateral incisors, and the two canines is five [camels] for each. And in what remains, it is two camels for each. The upper part of the mouth and the lower part of it are the same regarding that; a central incisor, a lateral incisor, and a canine of the upper mouth and the lower mouth are the same. And the molars of the upper mouth and the molars of the lower mouth are the same.
