Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:269

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, from Ali and Abdullah: They both said regarding the fingers: In every finger is ten [parts of] the blood money.
