Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:287

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from Khallas, from Ali regarding the one-eyed man if his sound eye is struck: He said: If he wishes, he may gouge out an eye for an eye and take half [the blood money], and if he wishes, he may take the full blood money.
