Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:288

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn Umar, who said: If the eye of a one-eyed person is gouged out, then in it is the full blood money (diyah).
