Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:289

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Shu’bah, from Qatadah, from Lahiq ibn Humayd, that Ibn Umar asked him—or a man asked him—about a one-eyed man whose sound eye is gouged out. Ibn Safwan, who was with Ibn Umar, said: "Umar judged regarding it with the full blood money." He [the man] said: "I am asking you, O Ibn Umar." He [Ibn Umar] said: "You ask me, while this one is telling you that Umar judged regarding it with the full blood money?"
