Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:3

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Sha’bi, from ‘Ubaydah al-Salmani, who said: ‘Umar established the blood money (diyat), and he imposed upon the people of gold one thousand dinars, and upon the people of silver ten thousand [dirhams]. And upon the people of camels one hundred camels, and upon the people of cattle two hundred mature cows, and upon the people of sheep two thousand sheep, and upon the people of garments two hundred garments.
