Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:302

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad bin al-Awwam narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Makhul, from Zayd; And from Hajjaj, from Husayn, from al-Sha’bi, from al-Harith, from Ali; And from Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim; They said: When the tooth turns black, its blood money (diya) is complete.
