Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:354

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Makhul, from Zayd, regarding the wound that reaches the interior of the body (al-nafidhah fi al-jawf): [the compensation is] one-third of the blood money (diyah). And regarding the other [wound], it is one hundred dinars.
