Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad bin Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, he said: I said to him: "Is the penis to be completely eradicated [as a penalty]?" He said: "The blood money [is due]." I said: "Have you considered if the glans is injured, then something of what remains is injured?" He said: "[It is treated as] a wound."
