Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:38

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from ‘Asim ibn Damrah, from ‘Ali, who said: Quasi-intentional (homicide) is a strike with a piece of wood or a throw with a large stone. The blood money is in thirds: one-third are *hiqqah* (camels in their fourth year), one-third are *jadha’ah* (camels in their fifth year), and one-third are between *thaniyyah* (camels in their sixth year) and *bazil* (camels in their seventh year). All of them are *khalfah* (pregnant).
