Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu Hilal, from Qatadah, from Ibn Buraydah, from Yahya ibn Ya’mar, from Ibn Abbas, he said regarding the paralyzed hand: If it is cut off, [the compensation is] one-third of the blood money.
