Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:4

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Ata, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) imposed the blood money (diyah) upon the people according to their wealth. It was one hundred camels for the people of camels, two thousand sheep for the people of sheep, two hundred cows for the people of cows, and two hundred garments (hullas) for the people of grain. He said: And he imposed something upon the people of food [grain/provisions] which I do not remember.
