Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 18:45

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: "Quasi-intentional (shibh al-‘amd) is everything that is done intentionally without iron. And there is no quasi-intentional except in the soul (homicide), and it does not apply to anything less than the soul."
