Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ad-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: He is left to the guardians of the slain. If they wish, they may kill [him], and if they wish, they may enslave [him].
